Hello , Thank you for being a friend of Daughters of Haiti ! December 2020 Newsletter Preservation, sustainability, and continuity of Haitian culture and community through: Fellowship, Scholarship, Public Service, & Education Updates and Information Welcome! As we wrap up 2020, we are reminded of the many things to be thankful for! While we spent much of the year, experiencing a pandemic that was not only unprecedented, but also unanticipated, there are many silver linings! The world came together in creative, and interactive ways; generations learned to communicate in a virtual world; and families got to spend more time together through Zoom and other platforms. Daughters of Haiti, while in its inaugural state, was able to connect to members and the Haitian community, all while driving the mission! We are excited about what lies ahead for 2021, and look forward to partnering with Haitian American organizations in our community! The best is yet to come! Wishing you and your family a Very Merry Christmas, and A Happy New Year! Soup Joumou for everyone!
