Pathways Rhythms September 2023 Silent Auction Fundraiser September 9-16 Pathways’ annual Silent Auction fundraiser is quickly approaching! This fully online auction will begin on Saturday, September 9, at 8am and end on September 16, at 4pm. Bidders will have an opportunity to view auction items in person from 3-4pm on Saturday, September 16. Winning bidders can pick up their items at Pathways on Saturday, September 16 from 4-5:30pm. This annual event is a great way to support Pathways by bidding, sharing with friends and family, and donating items to the auction. If you have an item that you’d like to donate, please contact Janell Stoltzfus by September 4. Upcoming Events: Saint Francis Animal Blessing Sunday, October 1, 4-5 pm Bring your beloved animal friend for Pathways Retreat’s annual Animal Blessing which includes a walk through the woods, a short blessing service, and snacks. St. Francis Breathing in Harmony with Sacred Time: A Yoga Practice for Every Body Appropriate for all levels of participants, this hatha-style yoga class is designed to help us live in harmony with what Christine Valters Paintner calls sacred time, that is, “time spent being present to the moments of eternity available to us whenever we choose to pause and breathe.” Mondays 4:30-5:30pm Cost: $15/session Facilitator: Malinda Elizabeth Berry Space is limited to 9 participants each week View Schedule & Register Renewing Your Spirit in Nature's Bounty Spending time in nature is known to make us happier, reduce stress and increase our well-being. As we prepare to move from summer into fall, this four-part series will offer us time to wander outdoors as well as experience a harvest of creative spiritual practices. In this half day retreat, we will: examine the scripts we've been given; explore differing expressions of masculinity; reconsider our purpose and aims in life. This retreat draws from Living That Matters: Honest Conversations for Men of Faith (Herald Press, 2023), which each participant will receive. It becomes a form of artistic meditation as one becomes completely engrossed in making each pattern. There are no mistakes, only opportunities in Meditative Zentangle-inspired Art! When: November 11, January 20, February 17 Register for one class or all three Anyone can do Zentangle-inspired art! No artistic training or natural gifts are needed.
