PV Summer Academy
This summer, the district is excited to offer a learning experience to its students in rising grades 1st-6th. The PV Summer Academy is quickly approaching, and will meet from June 15th-July 10th. There are a total of 19 days of instruction, as Friday, July 3rd is a school holiday. The first two weeks of the program will take place online, using now familiar Distance Learning methods of delivering instruction, and then possibly transitioning to on-site learning at Ormondale for the last two weeks. Contact has been made to students' families who have been recommended by classroom teachers, and additional information will be emailed early next week. Please watch for these specifics.
Any questions may be directed to Adam Ahlbach ([email protected]), Lead Teacher for the PV Summer Academy.

please donate facial coverings
In anticipation for next school year, we are working to gather a supply of donated facial coverings to have on hand for kids and staff at both schools.
If you would like to volunteer to sew or donate facial coverings we will be collecting for both schools over the summer.

what a year
As this school year comes to an end, we would like to reflect on all the fun times that have brought us together such as the PVSD Day at the Giants game, the Back to School BBQ, the Book Fair, Halloween Parade, Enchanted Garden Dance, Turkey Trot, Christmas Concert, Teacher Appreciation Events and fun assemblies. It has been a special year with a surprise twist at the end. The PTO wishes all of our district families health and safety over the summer break. We are deeply grateful for your generous support including volunteer hours, monetary gifts and smiles that made all these events possible. See you next year!

The PTO would like to send along our congratulations and best wishes to our graduating 8th graders! And for for pivoting traditional grad week events into a memorable, socially-distant and still FUN way, a HUGE thank you to the graduation party committee members: Michelle Bellomo, Megan Collins, Karyn Bechtel, Maria Matsumoto, Kim Zamboldi, Tricia Christensen & Kathy Gurtner.
