Rick Biagi is Managing Partner at Neal & McDevitt, LLC with over 25 years helping brand owners around the globe with trademark portfolio management, brand enforcement, anti-counterfeiting, litigation and licensing. Specializing in trademark and advertising law, Rick uses that experience to counsel some of the world’s most iconic brands in navigating the challenges of brand management, protection and enforcement.
When he's not at work, Rick is an avid golfer and loves spending time traveling with his wife and five kids. Rick is quite active in his church and has held elected office for the past 14 years where he currently serves the City of Park Ridge as Alderman of the 6th Ward. With origins in Tuscany and, locally, the 24th Street/Oakley Avenue neighborhood, Rick joins Chicagoland Italian American Professionals (CIAP) to support the Italian-American community in Chicago.
