Last week at One Schoolhouse, we took the community's pulse on "how concerned you are about faculty morale this year?" A sobering 92% of survey respondents reported feeling moderately or extremely concerned about their faculty's morale this year. Cultivate Community : Distance learning and teaching from behind a mask has only exacerbated the possibility of faculty members feeling unappreciated and unrecognized. Empower your faculty to help navigate the challenges of this school year by being part of the solutions. We believe that morale is a by-product of being valued and being treated with respect.
