If, after this event, you feel like setting sail straight away, we invite you to join us this autumn/winter in Zeeland on board BlueOne! On a very sad note, we inform you of the passing of the founding and honorary club member Rainer Simon. His commitment to the CNCE will not be forgotten. Keep on sailing, The CNCE team CONFERENCE: Jimmy Cornell Highlights of over 40 years of sailing 25 October Stamatis, Jimmy & Roberto The CNCE is hosting a special event this year: sailing legend, author and founder of the Atlantic Rally for Cruisers (ARC), Jimmy Cornell , will give us an insight into his extensive knowledge and experience. I want to attend! sailing on Blueone - the sailing season is far from over! For those who cannot get enough of sailing whatever the season, we have put together an extended sailing programme that will allow you to sail aboard BlueOne until the end of the year and beyond! Cruising weekends: BlueOne is available on these dates: 20/21 and 27/28 October 10/11, 17/18 and 24/25 November 8/9 December Book me in Sailing training (with spinnaker handling): 4 November, 2 December, 6 January, 3 February, 3 March, 7 April I want to sail! Goofies winter races & Sailing Trainings November 2018 to April 2019 1st Saturday of every month This winter CNCE has registered BlueOne for the Goofies , an informal race in Colijnsplaat (NL) where having fun is the main objective. It started in 1984 and has grown into a large sailing event with many competitive teams. On the Sundays after the Goofies , we offer additional sailing training with spinnaker handling (if the weather is suitable). Tempted? We, his many CNCE friends, will remember him as a knowledgeable, yet humble sailor, a valuable companion and a trusted shipmate, and will truly miss him now that he has moved on to eternally sail the celestial seas. |
