Imagine, create and spark lifelong connections with art at the CAM! Join Ojai Artist and educator Heidi Bradbury and experienced CAM educators as they provide hands-on, dynamic, and creative art lessons. Workshops are open to children of all skills levels.

Buddhist Meditation is an ancient set of teachings, which enables the practitioner to connect body and mind in the moment with utmost loving-kindness to oneself and to the rest of the world. Mindful and light physical movements are used to bring oneself to the present moment.
Bhante (Reverend) Sutadhara, a Sri Lankan Buddhist monk whose training is based on Insight Meditation, will guide sessions with quiet time to practice the techniques individually in a relaxing setting surrounded by beautiful artwork.
