Good Neighbors Founders Laura McClure and Frances Watson. It was a simple beginning when they helped a family in need with winter clothing. Since 1957, Good Neighbors has grown from the basement of these caring women, to the first organized unit in North Hill, to sixteen centers. Currently, our volunteers operate six locations.
