The Cunningham Creek Cardinal family works together to create an atmosphere that encourages students to develop to their greatest potential. Through commitment to Communicating, Caring and achieving Excellence for lifelong learning, Cunningham Creek has earned the Department of Education’s “A” school designation every year since 1998. Cunningham Creek is clearly a school of excellence, having received the 5 Star Award, The Golden School Award, and Florida’s School Recognition Grant given to schools which are consistently high performing or which show significant gains in achievement. Many factors contribute to this continued success, not the least of which is a dedicated administration, exceptional faculty & staff, and tremendous parental support. With your support we have been able to welcome our Kindergarten students with a scavenger hunt to start off their school year. We were able to throw a RAD 80's Glow Party that both parents and students loved. Everyone enjoyed our Annual FUNd Run that was LEGO themed. We can't wait to open up the new CCE Learning Garden to the CCE Community in 2020. To end our 2019 school year we had a jam packed holiday schedule with participating in the Chick Fil-A 12 Days of Christmas, Light the Night where all proceeds helped the Field of Dreams organization, and then ended it with snow and pictures with Santa during the Holiday Hotcakes event. Thank you to all those that voted, visited Chick-fil-A, and attended our spirit night to see all of our singing performances. A Big Thank You to all those who donated to Field of Dreams Baseball St. Johns County at Light the Night and the classroom coin drive! We raised a grand total of $2,881.27! Come cheer on the players during their Spring 2020 Season (Feb 3 to the end of April!) This year, we have a really cool way for parents to upload photos for consideration in our 2019/2020 Yearbook. Each classroom, event and club have their own upload folder at https://commpe.pictavo.com/ You will need to create an account and find our school in the directory (or use school #87116) before your first upload. All photos will be reviewed by the Yearbook Club Staff only. If a student is on our "Do Not Photograph" list, the image will be removed and not used in the Yearbook. We look forward to seeing all the awesome memories you catch at classroom parties, events and extracurricular activities!
