We sincerely hope this email finds you and your loved ones well. As COVID-19 continues to bring uncertainty, Lucy the Rescue Dog Inc. is taking every precaution to keep both people and pets healthy and safe. Unfortunately due to the high volume of incoming applications we had to temporarily stop accepting applications until we can raise more money to provide to financial help at this unprecedented time. | |
As a reminder, we are now Network Partners with Best Friends Animal Society. This is the perfect time to help raise funds while you are out getting some fresh air. There is also an annual Strut Your Mutt day to fundraise for Network Partners and Best Friends, which will be a digital event this year. That's right you can fundraise right from the comfort of your own home.
It will kick off in early summer and will culminate on Strut Your Mutt Day this fall. In the meantime, be sure to sign up for ResQwalk, the mobile app that lets you fundraise simply by getting out and walking your dog. Visit the Best Friends website for more details and download the free app. Be sure to select Lucy the Rescue Dog Inc.
