Q: Where do I pick up my food?
A. In the order form above, you'll be able to select a pick up location that suits you. Our options are the Zion Mennonite Church parking lot or the Albany Mennonite Church parking lot.
Q. Is Portland a pick up option?
A. Sorry, Portland is only available for auction item pick up, not for food pickup. If you live in Portland, Zion Mennonite is a quick 30-minute drive.
Q. How do I pay for my food?
A. After you complete and submit your order online, we will email you an invoice (please have patience as this may take a few days). The invoice will include a link for online payment and payment instructions.
Q. What precautions to prevent the spread of Coronavirus?
A. We are working to ensure your safety at this event! When you arrive to your chosen location, a greeter will meet you without you having to leave your car. After confirming your order, volunteers will pack your trunk or backseat with your pre-ordered items (this includes your auction items as well.) All volunteers will be required to wear masks, sanitization stations will be provided, and we ask that when you arrive, you wear a mask. Thank you for doing your part to keep our community safe! Q. Will there be additional food available to purchase on-site?
A. We are not planning to have additional food items for sale at the pick up locations. Please make sure to pre-order your food before September 30.
