County Tipperary Skillnet facilitate the active participation of companies in determining their own training needs and how, when and where training will be delivered. Up to 20% grant aid is applied to help make the training cost effective for companies. This grant can also be applied to in-house training. The goal is to invite companies to talk to the County Tipperary Skillnet team with a view to assisting them with their specific training needs by sourcing high quality trainers, deliver relevant training at a time and place that suits individual needs.
