Belgian National Day 2019

Picture

Last week was the occasion of the celebration of Belgian National Day at the Belgian Ambassadors Residence in Dublin. Our CEO, David Shanahan, met the New Zealand Ambassador, Brad Burgess and Mexican Ambassador, Miguel Malfavón {pictured}. Our CEO also met Ambassadors from India, Germany, France and the trade represenative of the Kingdom Of the Netherlands.

County Tipperary Chamber would like to thank the Belgian Ambassador, Pierre-Emmanuel De Bauw and his wife for the hospitality shown us.

Also in our photo - gifts from Merrys Clonmel and a Tipperary Crystal pen from John Quirke’s of Cahir. We couldn’t arrive with our arms the same length!

As with any strategy, the implementation plan is key. This will be one of the most important programmes of activity undertaken by the State, involving an extraordinary number of distinct but interdependent projects.'
