WHAT'S NEW?

It's Finally Happening

Last week we submitted a grant to the Alice C. Tyler Perpetual Trust to develop a simple decision-making tool to help Texas karst country landowners improve how they manage mountain cedars and other vegetation to produce longer-lasting, more resilient results. Part of the tool will draw upon the Your Riparian Riparian guide written by Steve Nelle and adapting his "bullseye" technique. Steve, along with other advisory committee members and field specialists, will serve as a consultants to help us develop the tool.

The tool will consist of a quick-start guide with QR code links to detailed online information, how-to videos, and supporting research. The Watershed Association (our new sponsor-see below) will match up to $5000 of any additional funding we bring in, so contact us today to be a part of this effort!

We've moved to the Watershed Association!

Project Bedrock has a new sponsor: The Watershed Association. After months of deliberation, we decided our short-term goals and work would be better served by a well-established nonprofit sponsor instead of becoming our own 501(c)(3). We give special thanks to the Greater Edwards Aquifer Alliance (GEAA) for serving as our founding sponsor!
