Reunion Plans Kick into High Gear!!!

Enthusiasm for the first Class Reunion of any kind at Kennedy High School is beginning to whip up into an unexpected frenzy! Excitement is generated not only because the Reunion is at JFKHS, but also because ten of our teachers have already announced they will be attending the Reunion Banquet! JFKHS graduates from other class years are now begging us for tickets. We will soon open up tickets sales to non-Class 71 alumni, so start making your plans and buy tickets NOW. Sales are on a first come, first served basis. If we sellout, which is a strong likelihood, we will not be able to reserve last-minute tickets for you.

Dear Classmate:
With Memorial Day in the rearview mirror, you probably are firming up your plans for your summer vacation and travels. In your planning, please think about joining your classmates at the 45th Reunion of the JFKHS Class of 1971 this September! The Reunion Committee has put together a wonderful series of events for the weekend of September 16-18, 2016 and the schedule of events will give you a great deal of time to catch up with your friends and classmates. You can see all of the planned events by going on line to http://www.jfkhsclass1971willingboro.com. You can purchase tickets to the several events on-line as well. I want to thank the volunteer Reunion Committee that has devoted a great deal of time and effort to make this occasion truly memorable.
Each of us has followed a unique path from our high school graduation until now, some 45 years later. What a great chance to gather together, compare notes, and celebrate the rich diversity of our journeys and the common bonds that still connect us! I know that I am looking forward to seeing you and catching up!! See you there.
P.S., I have also attached an old-time photo of myself from high school, just for laughs. No one would recognize me now, bald head and pot belly and all!!

Friday afternoon "Meet & Greet" at the Kennedy Center (old JFKHS high school), 3-7:30 pm, $15. Light food and drinks.

Friday evening "Welcome Dinner" at the Golden Dawn Diner, Rt. 130, Burlington, 6-? pm, $21. Restaurant has liquor license.

Saturday morning George Adams Memorial Tennis Tournament at Mill Creek Park, Willingboro, $10 (plus bring a new can of tennis balls).

Saturday afternoon "Alumni Gathering & Decorating Party" at the Kennedy Center (our old high school), 1-6 pm, FREE. Live music.

Saturday evening "REUNION BANQUET" at the Kennedy Center Banquet Hall, 6-11 pm, $45. Fully catered buffet dinner.

Sunday afternoon "BBQ Picnic in the Park" at Mill Creek Park, Willingboro, 12-5 pm, $20. Catered BBQ with live music.
