SCHEDULE - FRESHMAN and 8th GRADE PRACTICE Sunday, April 8th Freshmen and Novice - 12:00pm - 2:00pm 8th Graders - 9:30am - 11:30am Returning - N/A LINE UP FOR SUNDAY REGATTA - 3rd MANNY FLICK: The Regatta Bus will leave Graydon Parking lot at 6:30am sharp - please arrive by 6:15am. The Bus will return to Graydon after the Regatta. Due to snowy conditions expected in Philadelphia, we will keep you informed of any changes in plans by InstaTeam. Rowers: be sure to dress warmly for the weather and bring adequate changes of clothing. TENT SIGN UP We are still need of tent sign-ups!! This is to keep our rowers fed and hydrated! If you are going to the river, please consider bringing a dish or dropping one off the night before! The following sign ups are STILL urgently needed: Morning Shift - 7am -11 am (Girls parents) 2 Warm egg-dish (Sheet pan quiche / Egg caserole dish) 1 large tray of cut fruit Assorted breads (banana, zuccini, grandma homemade recipe) Afternoon Shift - 11am - 3 pm (Boys parents) 1 family to pack and work the tent (serve lunch, keep it organized and clean) 1 Beef or turkey Chili Specialty salad (e.g. grain, wheat berries, quinoa, potato salad) Homemade dessert (brownies, cookies, cake, muffins) The food trailer will leave Ridgewood around 5 am to arrive at Kelly Drive, PA by 7:00 AM. We ask that parents working the morning shift leave directly from the Graydon bus drop off in order to arrive shortly after the trailer. We have Parking Passes for the morning shift families. The rowers will be kicking it off with the first Pasta Party of the season this Saturday Night in the RHS Cafe at 5:15. Please bring all the donations to the cafe. Woohoo Winner!! Who will be next, looks like Johnson Family with 2 items. Kilwin's Candy Fundraiser - Sale starts Saturday!! Sale Dates: April 7-15 Delivery Dates: May 7-11 and June 11-15 Order forms for the Kilwin's fund raiser were handed out to all the kids this week. It's a Mother's day and Father's day chocolate sale. There are 4 types of chocolates that can be ordered. We are asking all the kids to sell at least 4 boxes. Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 sellers; $100 to the person that sells the most, $50 for second most and $25 for third most. Please have the kids sell to family, friends and neighbors. They can canvas the neighborhood with a partner and the kids should wear their Ridgewood crew gear when they go out to sell. Cash and checks are accepted. Checks should be made out to Ridgewood Crew. [email protected] FUNDRAISING !! Rowathon Monies Dues by 4/15. Still time to be the top Fundraiser!! THANK YOU ALL for the great effort so far!!! We have raised over $15,000 towards our goal of $25,000 for the event. We have extended the due date until Sunday 4/15 . Many of the rowers have still not handed in their fundraising monies and paperwork. Each rower is expected to raise a min. of $300 . Prizes for the top sellers that have raised over $1,500 recieves a $600 Gift Card, 2 nd Place will receive a $400 gift card and 3 rd place will receive a $200 Gift Card.
