She is an accomplished writer and published author who just happens to oversee the running of the Saddle Up Saloon at the Carrot Ranch Literary Community. When she approached me on the possibility of my children's books characters visiting the Saloon, I did not for one minute guess where it would lead us after they escaped the barn yard.
