FACEBOOK We will be going live on Facebook here at FCR HQ at 10.45am to welcome all our runners. At 11am we will be observing a two minute silence to remember our fallen in the two world wars and wars that have followed. At 11.05am our virtual gun will fire! That is your cue to get out and complete your virtual run. Remember to choose a safe and suitable route and always tell someone where you are going.
