AMERICAN DELEGATION OF SAVOY ORDERS QUARTERLY NEWSLETTER March 31, 2020 COVID-19: A Message to All Members and Friends of the American Delegation of Savoy Orders Dear Members and Friends of the Savoy Orders, We join with His Royal Highness Prince Vittorio Emanuele of Savoy, our Grand Master, in sending our support, appreciation and the very best of wishes to all people and their loved ones who are affected by the global pandemic. On behalf of everyone at the office of the American Delegation, our hearts go out to all those impacted by COVID-19—this includes not only those diagnosed with the virus, but also their friends and family, those whose jobs and schools have been impacted and so many more. We have taken a number of precautionary steps to minimize the risk to our members and friends by postponing or cancelling our upcoming and scheduled events: the 2020 Notte di Savoia in Los Angeles, California on April 4, the Festa della Primavera Spring Reception/Chivalry Award Presentation in early June and the Savoy Orders table supporting the Path to Peace Foundation Gala on May 20, 2020. The situation is changing rapidly, and to do our part in slowing the spread of the virus, we have decided to temporarily close our office but we are working remotely from our homes to process requests and update our members through emails, our website www.savoia.org and through our social media channels on Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram. Meanwhile, above all, stay safe, stay well, keep connected and feel supported. You are all part of our worldwide organization that is responding in the best traditions of our Savoy Orders with our principal objective of caring for underprivileged children, the sick and the poor. As we continue to experience the impact of the pandemic on our lives and our communities, we in the Savoy Orders have a unique opportunity to provide critical support to the most vulnerable. 2020 Notte di Savoia Los Angeles Postponed to Virtual Online Event LOS ANGELES (CALIFORNIA) - The Third Annual Notte di Savoia - Spring Charity Gala , scheduled for April 4 at the Montage Resort in Beverly Hills, California has been postponed because of the unprecedented circumstances created by COVID-19. The Savoy Foundation is organizing the virtual Notte di Savoia and will notify you shortly on how to support our beneficiary charity - Caterina's Club - during this time of even greater need, because schools are closed and funds are particularly needed to transition to alternate methods of providing kids with warm meals and permanent housing. H.R.H. Cav. Gr. Cr. Prince Dimitri of Yugoslavia, the nephew of the Grand Master H.R.H. Prince Victor Emmanuel of Savoy, joined the American Delegation for the mass. After the Mass, members and friends of the American Delegation of Savoy Orders participated in a confraternal dinner in the private dining room of Orsay Restaurant in New York City. HRH Prince Dimitri of Yugoslavia was the honored guest. Dear Members and Friends of the Savoy Orders,
We join with His Royal Highness Prince Vittorio Emanuele of Savoy, our Grand Master, in sending our support, appreciation and the very best of wishes to all people and their loved ones who are affected by the global pandemic.
On behalf of everyone at the office of the American Delegation, our hearts go out to all those impacted by COVID-19—this includes not only those diagnosed with the virus, but also their friends and family, those whose jobs and schools have been impacted and so many more. Path to Peace Gala Postponed

NEW YORK (NEW YORK) - The 2020 Path to Peace Gala, originally scheduled for May 20 at the Pierre Hotel in Manhattan, has been postponed until October 28. The delay was taken by the Path to Peace Foundation and Gala Dinner Committee in response to the ongoing crisis of the coronavirus.
All reservations already received for the Gala will be transferred to October 28. If any of those who have already purchased tickets is unable to attend at the new date, they will be completely refunded.
At the Gala, which will still take place at the Pierre Hotel, the Path to Peace Foundation intends to honor, during the 75th Anniversary of the United Nations, U.N.
