Carnegie Studio Gallery will be CLOSED for installation of the upcoming exhibition January 5 - Jan 31, 2020.

Retrograde simultaneously showcases rapidly progressing information technology and media interactivity as well as thoughtfully stepping backwards into hand-made art practices. This show consists of classically rendered painting, unconventional painting installation, constructivist inspired sculpture, virtual reality video and performance documentation. The arrangement of cross disciplinary work has both an undertone of celestial and a slightly outer-space visual aesthetic while also exposing human behavior and the physical body. Ideally the viewer will be upended mentalling and emotionally to psychoanalyze the human condition and transcend to unknown consciousnesses.

Incredible encounters with art happen regularly at the Carnegie Studio Gallery!

Audiences of all ages and backgrounds come here to discover and engage with regional fine art and the artists who create it. This past fiscal year the Studio Gallery presented remarkable So Cal art exhibits to 1250 visitors and students through receptions, and college & school tours.  All accomplished with limited resources.

Our commitment to our mission remains strong, but we can only maintain that with the help of generous supporters like you.

Partner with us today by making a gift to the Annual Fund, and help increase the art excitement, outreach and success in the New Year.

Your tax-deductible gift will immediately impact the Gallery , sparking an early appreciation for art by funding art education programming, mentoring artists and curators, enabling us to present groundbreaking exhibitions, and helping us instill creativity and inspiration in all who come to visit and learn.

Together, we can ensure that the Carnegie Art Cornerstones will continue to support art for all. We are deeply grateful for your continued support.
