Truth & Transformation Together
Lately I have been hearing people deeply struggle with uncertainty and distancing. As an act of solidarity, I hope this reflection and artwork about my own PTSD journey (June 27th is National PTSD Awareness Day) may empower others, connecting hearts with hope and healing.
In this new Covid-19 world we are all somehow attempting to find a new ‘normal’ - o boy! Thankfully, the team at Good Grief have some fact sheets and supportive links that might help you or someone you care about to navigate this 'normal'. These can assist Children, Teens and Adults in grief, divorce and loss.
It is hard to put into words the toxic racial inequality burning in the Australia, USA and around the world. I hope this illustration and resources help spread healing, new awareness, unity and hope.
