This will be our 4th LVO and 9th meet in total! We've had over 600 unique athletes and almost 900 total athletes attend our meets in the past 3 years. This event is open to youth, junior, senior, and master ages, and novice lifters. All Levels Welcome The Lehigh Valley Open is for all athletes. its an opportunity for novice athletes to compete in a comfortable environment. Its a meet for youth athletes to make new friends and compete with a large group of kids. its a competition for senior athletes to qualify for national events or sharpen their skills using the same equipment that they will use at nationals.
