Dear CRC & Community members,

Wow! This year's Come Together on the Field fundraiser and community celebration was more than we could have ever imagined. On behalf of the CRC's staff and board of directors, I want to share my sincerest thanks for making this year's event a massive success. The CTOTF fundraiser is an enormous undertaking that simply wouldn't be possible without the help of a dedicated, hardworking community. It is my honor and privilege to share these notes of appreciation with all of you.

You showed your support in so many important ways - volunteering your time, attending our event, purchasing tickets for our raffle, and sharing your appreciation of what the Rec has meant to you over the past 25 years. So what happens when we combine the efforts and generosity of the more than 100 individuals named above with over 250 guests at our annual fundraising event? 

We raise over $19,000 in vital funding for the Chebeague Recreation Center! This financial support will generate hundreds of hours of youth, family, and adult programming at our Rec Center in the months to come. This is the impact of your engagement with our Rec Center. We are so incredibly thankful to each and every one of you. Cheers to the next twenty-five years of community-building, recreation, and education at the Rec!

We want to take a moment to thank our Executive Director, Steve Auffaunt, for all of his time and attention to our Rec Center. Running a recreation center in the summer months is no small feat!  In addition to overseeing our Come Together on the Field fundraiser last weekend, he was also managing our Summer Theater production weekend & Kids' Place Mystery Theater fundraiser.  Thank you, Steve, for your incredible dedication to our CRC!
