HIV & Wellness Workshop #19

The Sexual Health Society of Queensland is proud to host  the 19th annual HIV & Wellness Workshop with generous sponsorship from ViiV Healthcare.

The focus of the workshop has always been maintaining wellness in PLWHIV and is itself a long-term survivor, having run for 19 years. It is very well attended and evaluated by doctors, nurses, allied health professionals and staff from community-based organisations.

The Society is reaching out to our members and key stakeholders in the HIV health sector to nominate topics for the program.

Volunteer Doctors and Nurses

The Queensland Council for LGBTI Health is urgently seeking volunteers for our walk in Sexual Health clinic in Brisbane on Tuesday nights. Clinic 30 is an RACGP accredited GP that specialises in the Physiological and Mental Health needs of LGBTI communities.

We are located in Teneriffe and we operate a bulk billed walk in clinic called Testing Point on Tuesdays from 6pm to 8pm. Testing Point It is staffed entirely by volunteer nurses and doctors and offers fast sexual health screens and treatments.
