All rowers will need to have this form signed by their physician indicating they may row with Ridgewood Crew for the 2023 spring season o A check of $1,000. Rowers practice 5 days indoors at RHS from Jan 9th to the beginning or middle of March, weather pending. Once the water practice starts, rowers practice 2 days indoors + 4 days at PRRA until April 1; 1 day indoors + 5 days at PRRA until April 28; and 6 days are PRRA for the rest of the season.
