Digital Learning in the South East- Benchmark Survey

County Tipperary Skillnet, Carlow Kilkenny Skillnet and Waterford

Chamber Skillnet have teamed up to carry out the first ever

"Digital Learning in the South East - Benchmark Survey".

Why is this important?

Businesses worldwide are increasing their use of learning technologies to

support and, in some instances, replace more traditional face-to-face instructor led training. Learning and development is evolving rapidly to respond to changes in business needs, workforce demographics, learner expectations and new technologies.

But to what extent can this "digital learning revolution" can be seen within

businesses in the South East. Is your business keeping pace with new learning technologies? Are you making best use of the tools, resources and expertise available to you? Which technologies and approaches are being used by other businesses in the region and which have yet to see widespread adoption here?

Are other businesses seeing real benefits?

If you know the answers to these questions, you can benchmark your company against other companies in the South East and learn from their experiences.

The Survey

We have developed a short survey to help us to answer these questions. The survey should only take 5 minutes, and your responses will be treated in confidence. No individual responses will be published or shared.

The findings

We will will present our findings at a conference we are hosting on 16th May 2018 -

"Learning Technologies: Make the digital learning revolution work for

your business". For further details or to book click here!

We will also publish a report and send it to all survey respondents so that you can benchmark your company against other companies in the South East.

You can only take the survey once, but you can edit your responses until the

survey is closed on 20th of April 2018.

If you have any questions about the survey, please get in touch.

We really appreciate your input!

Regards

Karen Walters, Network Manager,

County Tipperary Skillnet

The Chamber welcomes the beef deal with China which will open up a multimillion-euro market to Irish producers.

The landmark deal will see a number of beef plants approved and listed by the Chinese Government in the coming days and this list is expected to be extended.

Slaney Foods International (ABP), and ABP Clones are among the first three plants to be selected to export to China.

The CLR website is a key online guide for businesses to access resources to help comply with EU and national consumer law. The website features guides, videos, quizzes and e-tests to help businesses familiarize themselves with various EU consumer legislation. The website and the online training materials are tailored for each county and are available in all EU languages.
