Meter Mix Dispense Micro-Shot Valve

Specifically designed to repeatably dispense  small volumes of Two-Part materials, the PD44 Valve features balanced inlet/outlet spool assemblies that do not displace material while shifting from the reload to the dispense position. This allows pressure feeding of the “A” and “B” components up to 1200 psi during reloading while isolating the materials from the mixer inlet. Upon shifting to the dispense position, an accurate volume of “A” and “B” components is injected into the disposable mixer inlet by positive displacement metering rods.
  • Shot ranges from 0.005 cc's up to 5 cc's (depending on meters selected)
  • Ratio range:  1:1 to 25:1 
  • Typical Materials: Two Component Silicones, Epoxies, Methacrylates, Urethanes

These transparent glass or acrylic wall pressurized tanks, allow for quick adhesive bottle changes and provide a convenient visual indicator for operators to continuously monitor remaining material level, at a glance. Compatible with a wide range of cost effective dispensing valves.
