Training Needs Analysis 2018

County Tipperary Skillnet is seeking training requests from all companies regardless of size or sector for application purposes for funding in 2018.

To prepare for this and put realistic training courses relevant to your companies training needs in the application, I am asking companies to submit a training plan/requests based on business needs for 2018 or similar training delivered successfully in 2017. All courses may be identified regardless of whether or not they are in-company/sector specific.

This survey will remain confidential between yourself and the Network with a compilation of training needs to be used for application purposes.

Please consult and pass this link on to all departments within your company so that all training requirements are captured for the Network.

County Tipperary Skillnet is based in the offices of County Tipperary Chamber of Commerce in Clonmel. We are an enterprise led agency.

County Tipperary Skillnet facilitate the active participation of companies in determining their own training needs and how, when and where training will be delivered. Up to 20% grant aid is applied to help make the training cost effective for companies. This grant can also be applied to in-house training.

The goal is to invite companies to talk to the County Tipperary Skillnet team with a view to assisting them with their specific training needs by sourcing high quality trainers, deliver relevant training at a time and place that suits individual needs.
In conjunction with County Tipperary Chamber, the contracting organisation for the Skillnet, we collaborate on numerous topical relevant events throughout the year.

Digital Strategy Survey

Picture

Tipperary County Council has embarked on an initiative to develop a Digital Strategy for County Tipperary. It has commissioned a research firm, Market Dynamics, to conduct a research project to support this work. They have produced an online survey in order to obtain input from businesses/organisations across the county. I would be grateful if you would take a few minutes to complete the survey on the link below.

https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/Tipp-Business

All responses are confidential and an iPad (or a €400 voucher) will be raffled between all participants at the end of the project. We are hoping to get all the surveys completed by Oct 20th if possible so your co-operation would be appreciated.  If you have any queries on the project please get in touch with John Gilsenan, Market Dynamics – [email protected] or 086 384 0062.
