François Leemans has been identified by paramilitary activists in Northern Ireland as the alleged financier of the war in Northern Ireland.  

Further below is a list of Mr Leemans' passage in many other countries where his name has been associated to similar crimes that he would have committed and which either have been silenced through corruption, or the crime case is still open and unresolved.
