This email is to inform you that you have unused account credit from Nap Packs purchased prior to February 2018.
When the ownership changes over this credit will no longer be valid and your account will revert back to zero value.
To make the most of your credit before it disappears please be sure to come in for your appointment(s) before December 31, 2019

All discounted treatments (Nap Packs) had a one year expiration date from the date of purchase.
After the expiration date the available credit was applied toward treatments at the current rate.
Examples:
1. Jane purchased a Nap Pack for 10 treatments in the community room for $180 in November 2017. She came for 6 treatments before her Nap pack expired in November 2018. Her pack is now worth $0
6 treatments assessed at $30 per treatment (our charge until January 2019) 5 x $30 = $180 / $180-$180 = $0
2. Judith purchased a Nap Pack for 10 treatments in the community room for $210 in January 2018.
She came for 5 treatments before her Nap pack expired in February 2019 (With one of these treatments being in January 2019 after the price increase in January 2019).
Her pack is now worth $55 which is assessed to her profile as an account credit.
4 treatments assessed at $30 per treatment (our charge until January 2019) 4 x $30 = $120
1 treatment assessed at $35 per treatment (current cost) = $35
$210-$120-$35 = $55
Any Nap Pack credit may only be used for treatments for the person purchasing the pack.
Unfortunately this means that credits can NOT be shared among family members or friends.
Should there be a change to our ability to provide acupuncture services we will give you 30 days notice. After 30 days unused credit will be forfeited.
