Greetings and happy November! I'm a few days late this month with the newsletter; October was eventful. I'm recently back from a trip to the desert including time spent in Sedona, Arizona (pictured above) where I had a profound personal healing experience. I'm still processing what it all meant, but I would imagine at some point it will show up in a blog.

Healing experience aside, I loved the energy of the desert. We not only visited Sedona, but we traveled to Bryce Canyon in Utah. In both places, I was inspired by the energy and beauty of geological formations called hoodoos. These magnificent natural rock structures vibrate with healing earth energy and being in their presence brought me to tears more than once. If you haven't been and get the opportunity, I highly recommend visiting either or both locations. It was my first visit to Sedona, and I know I will go back just as often as I can.

Take some time for yourself this month before we head full swing into the holidays. It's a busy time full of expectations and obligations, so your spiritual hygiene is more important now than ever. Take time out to recharge, meditate, visualize, affirm, and be. Have a happy Thanksgiving, and enjoy your month.

November First Degree Reiki Workshop in Port Gamble, Washington

I'm taking December off from teaching, but this month I'll be offering a First Degree Reiki Class in Port Gamble, Washington at the Port Gamble Ghost Conference, which is November 16th through 18th. It's my typical four-hour First Degree Reiki workshop with hands-on practice and attunement, but it's offered at a special ghost conference price of just $20. This is a great opportunity for people in Washington to start their Reiki journey. One of my recent Reiki Master-Teacher students, Tristan David Luciotti, will be joining me to teach part of the class as he begins his path as a Reiki Master.
