Our Simple, Transparent Terms of Purchase
- Estimated Shipping Timeline: We aim to ship your H1-D by late February / March 2024. If unforeseen circumstances delay shipping beyond March, we'll inform you promptly. Should this occur, you'll have the option to continue waiting or receive a full refund upon request.

Hardware Assurance: The H1-D hardware design is now locked-in ready for production. While we anticipate that any issues will likely be firmware-related, we are prepared to address any hardware problems. Should hardware issues arise, we will either replace your H1-D or repair the affected components at no additional cost to you.

Five-Year Warranty: Your H1-D comes with a five-year warranty from the shipping date. Please note, opening the device, tampering with the hardware or firmware will void this warranty.
