| Coronavirus (COVID-19)! Update from Organized Haven As we continue to learn of new developments with the coronavirus, we would like to assure our clients, their families, and our partners that we are taking steps to ensure their safety with our team! We are closely monitoring the coronavirus updates through the Centers for Disease Control, the World Health Organization, and local and state authorities. There are no reported concerns within our team with either the flu or the coronavirus. Working with a vulnerable population as Senior Move Managers®, our goal is to be thoughtful in our preparations while remaining calm. We ask our clients to avoid high-populated areas, limit social events, refrain from visiting with anyone who is sick, and to follow the same guidelines we are to avoid contracting or exposing the virus. Here are the steps we will continue to take to ensure the safety of our clients, our team members, and everyone around us: limiting physical touches to public surfaces washing hands frequently and using an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol staying home if we or any family members are showing signs of illness, like having a fever, coughing, or having shortness of breath communicating with our partners, such as senior living communities, to ensure our client's moves can still take place as scheduled checking in with our clients to ensure they are showing no signs of illness and re-scheduling projects as necessary avoiding close contact with people who are sick if we do need to sneeze or cough, doing so into a tissue, throwing the tissue in the trash, and sanitizing our hands and surface areas that are in close proximity going handshake and hug-free to be extra careful (watch YouTube video at the bottom of this newsletter) We will continue to monitor the status of the coronavirus and send updates as needed.
