Four years ago, Cody entered our warehouse and became our very FIRST worker that we ever employed!! And over those four years, Cody has grown significantly as one of our finest employees. You will usually find Cody working the paper making station, but he also works on the die-cutting station as well as filling the molds with birdseed mixture to make our birdseed wreaths. And if we ever need the warehouse to be cleaned, Cody is ALWAYS our man! And we would be remiss if we didn’t mention Cody’s job coach, Jackie. Jackie has been incredibly instrumental in Cody reaching his potential at Plantables. They make quite the formidable team! Now is the time to break out the rakes and bag up those autumn leaves. However, if you're not particularly into yard work, we've got a fantastic reason for you to shirk the raking – BEES! That’s right BEES! Leaf debris provides a wonderful place for those fuzzy bumble bee queens and other native bees (there’s over 3,500 in North America) to survive the bitter cold as well as predators.
