The 44th Annual Arts Awards - September 2, 2020

This year's theme, Bridges, focuses on the interconnectivity between the arts, business and the community, as key to a thriving city. 

The annual arts awards have been a yearly anticipated event for over four decades. Throughout the years the event has taken on different forms, but this is the first year it will be streamed, virtually, with creative options to view in person. Don’t Miss A Beat and  Players by the Sea,  will collaborate for the “Behind the Curtain” program that educates youth about the front and back of house activities for the theatre. Funding Available through the Artist Relief Fund

We are pleased to announce available funding for the Artist Relief Fund.

If you are an artist living in the Greater Jacksonville area and have lost revenue due to the coronavirus crisis, you may be eligible for a micro grant from the Cultural Council. Application are now being accepted.
