We all did it! We successfully ran our first ever live online class this past Wednesday. We had 10 wonderful friends join us as Dr. Chloe and Carrie led them through a MoveRight Yoga class.
There is obviously a slight learning curve for us all and we wanted to share with you a few tips we've picked up before you join our next class.
- Sign into class ahead of time. Giving yourself that extra few minutes will ensure you didn't forget anything or miss any steps.
- Share your video feed if you want us to be able to give you corrections. Big Sister is only watching if you let her.
- We've included the YouTube video of the Triplet for Friday's class so that you can get ready ahead of time
- Make sure you have a yoga mat, a dumbbell or object similar that weighs between 2 lbs and 10 lbs, something that is like a pvc pipe or pole, and a chair.
