Hey Team,

Three new workouts this week! Monday is a fun and challenging 40 MIN Tabata Full Body using dumbbells and bodyweight. Thursday we have a brand new format BARREfusion, using light weights. And Saturday is a Full Body Trampoline Workout using ankle weights and 5-8lb dumbbells. Build that strong healthy body by following the July 24-29 workout playlist. New workouts are released on their day at 5 AM EST. All other workouts are available now.

๐Ÿ’ฏ Remember you can add or swap out workouts depending of what your goals are. Always make sure you throw in rest and recovery as that is where progress is made!

1๏ธโƒฃ Don't skip meals! By not eating a meal this is a sure-fire way for your blood sugar levels to drop and you will crave sugar or simple carbs. And women tend to skip breakfast the most, which sets one up for binge eating later on in the day.

2๏ธโƒฃ Eat Protein! Aim for .6-1 gram per meal as it's a slow burner and keeps your blood sugar levels stable. Great sources of protein are fish, lean meats, legumes, Greek yogurt, whey protein, plant protein.

3๏ธโƒฃ Stay Hydrated! Slight dehydration can drop your blood sugar levels and increase those cravings for sugar. Drink water, green tea, fruit/veggie infused water, and more water. If you workout a lot add a little sea salt or Celtic salt to your water for electrolytes.
