1๏ธโฃ Don't skip meals! By not eating a meal this is a sure-fire way for your blood sugar levels to drop and you will crave sugar or simple carbs. And women tend to skip breakfast the most, which sets one up for binge eating later on in the day.
2๏ธโฃ Eat Protein! Aim for .6-1 gram per meal as it's a slow burner and keeps your blood sugar levels stable. Great sources of protein are fish, lean meats, legumes, Greek yogurt, whey protein, plant protein.
3๏ธโฃ Stay Hydrated! Slight dehydration can drop your blood sugar levels and increase those cravings for sugar. Drink water, green tea, fruit/veggie infused water, and more water. If you workout a lot add a little sea salt or Celtic salt to your water for electrolytes.
