School Photo Day January 12
School photos will be taken on Tuesday, January 12 throughout the morning. Each class has been given a designated time for this purpose. Please know that we will be following the four pillars. Photos will be taken in the MUR with the photographers being appropriately distanced. Only one class will be in the MUR at a time and the doors in the MUR will remain open to ensure proper ventilation. If the photographer opts to seat the children for their photos they will be wiped down between classes. Children will be allowed to remove their mask for their photo and will be instructed to put it back on immediately after their photo is taken. Children will wait outside the MUR after they are done until all students in their class are finished and then they will walk back to class and sanitize their hands before returning to learning. There will be no group photos this year. In addition, if you choose not to have your child’s photograph taken this year you may opt out. Please email your child’s teacher to let him/her know if you are choosing not to have them photographed this year.
Virtual academy students are scheduled to come on campus from 12:30 to 1:30 for their school photos. As noted in my email to PVVA parents yesterday, if you will not be bringing your child in for photos, please call or email Denise at ext. 2652 or [email protected]
