Following light refreshments and networking, new members were presented with their Membership Certificates. We then had an very engaging hour where new members introduced themselves, spoke about their business journey and conveyed to the gathering their reasons for joining County Tipperary Chamber. To register The Enterprise Ireland Regional Enterprise Development Fund (REDF) Launched 29th May 2017 The Enterprise Ireland Regional Enterprise Development Fund (REDF) was formally launched on 29th May 2017 by the Minister Mitchell O’Connor. The call is now open and full details of the scheme are available on the Enterprise Ireland Website: Scheme details The closing date for receipt of Feasibility applications is 3pm on Friday 9th June 2017. The call closing dates for the other funding streams is 18th August 2017 (1st Call) and 2nd March 2018 (2nd Call). [email protected] Announcement of Brexit Supports for Small Business Welcome Chambers Ireland Tuesday 30th May 2017 welcomed the announcement by Minister for State Pat Breen of a range of supports and funding available through LEO offices to assist small and micro businesses in preparing for Brexit. Commenting on the announcement, Ian Talbot, Chief Executive of Chambers Ireland said, “It is important that all businesses across Ireland consider the challenges arising from Brexit and make preparations where possible. The range of supports now available from Local Enterprise Offices offer small and micro businesses the opportunity to prepare for Brexit and to avail of programmes and funding to address the many potential challenges.
