26.2 miles, that's the distance on the Lake Wobegon Trail Marathon from Holdingford to St. Joseph. Congratulations on your 1st Marathon, Emily. You continue to inspire us with your adventures! Emily and her Mom, Lisa, prepped for the marathon with the Restore to Restock class the night before the race. It's a good thing, spectating is hard work, too. Ha!

Exhale bend R knee, heel to hip. 9. Inhale draw R knee to R arm. 10. Inhale R leg up again. 11. Exhale step R leg forward to Warrior I. 12. Inhale open to Warrior II (3-5 breaths). 13. Exhale Triangle Pose (3-5 breaths). 14. Inhale in Triangle. 15. Exhale cartwheel arms to plank & lower (chaturanga). 16. Inhale cobra or updog. 17. Exhale downdog. 18. Inhale Step R leg forward into Pigeon variations (5 or more breaths) 19. Go back to #7 and repeat on the second side.
