In addition to working very hard in class and practicing on his own, he has become a leader and a helpful role model for the rest of the students. He knows that perfection is not expected the first time new skills are taught and that persevering through corrections without getting discouraged is the key. Nate recently danced the role of Peter in Allegro's production of The Lion, The Witch & The Wardrobe . Local music historian Tom Burson described his performance as "brilliant." Be a part of R.E.D. 2020! an evening of inspiration, innovation and creativity. Dancers age 7 and older will perform in a variety of new works. Dancers age 13 and older are encouraged to apply to be a choreographer. The dancers in Ballet 2 Monday at 4:15 create a strong start to the week, shares Miss Kathy. The dancers in this class exemplify Allegro Star Student qualities by having consistent attendance and a positive work ethic. During November they have been focusing on the transition from facing the barre to being quartered towards the barre. This will prepare them for combinations that are done with one hand on the barre and facing croise in their center practice. These dancers bring their strong work ethic to every class! They are excited to share their Holiday dance with their parents on December 16 during the final ten minutes of class.
