Mystic of the Month: Thomas Keating

Thomas Keating (1923-2018), a Catholic abbot, was one of the developers of Centering Prayer, a master teacher of contemplative prayer and devotion, and a frequent participant in multifaith dialogues

We rarely think of the air we breathe,

yet it is in us and around us all the time.

In similar fashion,

the presence of God penetrates us,

is all around us,

is always embracing us.

Remembering Saints at Iona Healing Prayer

Monday, November 2, noon

Picture

All Saints Day (Nov. 1) and All Souls Day (Nov. 2) are annual reminders to remember and give thanks for those who have died. One way we invite you to remember ancestors and saints this year is to offer their names to be read at Pathways healing prayers on November 2 at noon. Names may be submitted here before 11am on Monday.

Creation Care Event

Saturday, November 14, 10am-noon

You are invited to help get Pathways ready for the winter season. Some tasks include putting flower beds to rest, cleaning out the cottage gutters, and dragging brush to a bonfire. Bring gloves, rakes, chainsaws, and your own water bottle. For more information, contact Linda 574-333-1822.
